*It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their mailing address is correct before placing their order. Information cannot be corrected. The Simple Seam is not responsible for items that are Returned to Sender or delivered to the incorrect address.
If for any reason you do not receive your package, please contact the carrier with the appropriate tracking information to open a claim or visit your local post office. Once the package leaves our facility it is in the hands of the carrier. The Simple Seam does not take responsibility for lost/stolen packages.
