We want you to love your items just as much as we do… but of course there are times when things just do not work, we get it! All returns must be completed within 14 days of the date the item is shipped to ensure a full refund. All returns will be issued to the original form of payment, unless specified on the returns form for store credit or purchased during a special promo. If you just do not like your item(s), the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
The following conditions MUST be met to accept your return:
All items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
Free of stains, makeup, perfumes, deodorant and pet hair
- All items must be in their original packaging, tags included.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box with no signs of wear & tear.
- The package must include the original invoice and a Return Form must be completed and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning.
Items that are found to not meet these conditions will be sent back to the customer at their expense and no refund will be issued.
Upon receiving the emailed Return Form, a shipping label will be sent in response to that same email. Print out the label, pack'her up and drop it at your local post office!

Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days from the time we receive your item(s). You will receive an email upon completion. Depending on your banking/credit institution, please allow for an additional 3-5 business days for your credit to show on your account. It is our recommendation that you use proper tracking information when returning your items, for The Simple Seam is NOT responsible for lost/missing packages.
At this time, if you wish to exchange an item we recommend that you place a new order for the item/size you would like instead. In conjunction with your new order, please follow our Return Policy to send back the unwanted item. This will help to ensure that the proper item/size is available for exchange.
Quality is a guarantee! All items are thoroughly examined before they are shipped out, however we hope that you understand that things can be missed. In the case of a damaged/defective item we must receive notice within 5 days of receiving your package. We ask that you also email a photo of the area in question to email@example.com. Once received, we will send out a complimentary return label. A full refund will be made to the original form of payment at the time we receive the damaged item.
